How Many Hubs?

From the manual, it appears that you can have unlimited hubs in V 1.2 as long as they meet the requirements (in your region/country, not top 20, etc.). Is this right?

It's limited to 3 hubs + 1 HQ. It's not in the manual since it can be adjusted from master settings.
