Ground & Tech Staff count

Hi all!

Perhaps some more experienced users or the admin can give me a little of insight on a couple things regarding staff count calculations..

1st, for Tech Staff. Is a fixed number of tech's per aircraft of if takes into consideration if I have more than 1 A/B check at the same time?

And 2nd, for ground staff, something similar. Does having 2 departures from the same airport at the same time of the day make me need double ground staff for that particular time? Or is just calculated based on airports and routes?

Staff levels are very general. It doesn't account details like those you asked. Overall staff amount and spending should still represent an average real world airline.

What affects your staff levels:
Number of routes
Number of aircraft with at least one route scheduled
Type of aircraft
