Company Image Drop

I've been at 90 CI for most of the game and I came back to discover that my CI had dropped to 54 in a matter of days.  I have not missed checks or dramatically changed anything.  Why is this?  Has anyone else found this?

It's been reported as a bug. Quite a few other people, including me, have been having this problem.
