Feature Request: Allow users to rebase aircraft on delivery.

As rebasing an aircraft you already have is currently immediate within the game, why can't aircraft on delivery be rebased too? Can the game allow rebasing aircraft on delivery in the same way as rebasing existing aircraft from the scheduling screen, so that if we want to use aircraft on delivery that would be delivered in weeks time for some other base, we can still arrange schedule for them ahead of time? From in-game aspect, it should be same as rebasing the aircraft immediately after receiving the aircraft at originally planned base and thus it shouldn't cause much problem there.

it is already possible in aircraft on order list to change arrival base in advance

And that will cost you money. I just tried it in GW3 on an order placed just yesterday, and the ordering page wanted to charge me $107k and jack up my monthly lease by $15k. Just for changing the delivery base.

Also, I think qunow is talking about orders that are less than 3 weeks out and are showing up on the Scheduling and My Aircraft pages. For those planes, no changes are possible on the order page, everything is set in stone at that point.

Neither for aircraft in their 15 days(or so) before delivery. Would be very useful to have the possibility extended up to the last day, for gameplay reasons. Especially for players who can connect only once a day(me, a long time ago). You have to take action when you can, and waiting 15 days - 8 real hours - can be very damaging for a small or new airline.

What does it balance against? It would have no different from immediately rebasing the aircraft after receiving its delivery, just that you can actually schedule ahead of time.
Also, of course one would think before clicking, but there are always situations where things changed after clicking and you have changed your plan.

I know this can be frustrating (ordering from used, forgetting to change base).

Here is a workaround that may work for you:
If you have aircraft of similar type at the base where the used aircraft is arriving, select one of the existing ones (preferably one in C check), move its schedule to the newly arriving used aircraft.  Then rebase this existing (freed) aircraft where you want.
