Burbank, CA — Adam Air's charismatic and controversy-magnet CEO, Humad Adam, was arrested late Friday night following a dramatic altercation inside the exclusive Skyview Lounge, turning an evening of high-class cocktails into a scene that witnesses described as "part business summit, part bar fight, and part reality show."

The incident allegedly began when a rival airline's CEO — whose identity authorities have not released — made a cutting remark that ignited the already-tense atmosphere between the two executives.

According to multiple guests, the rival executive smirked and called Adam Air "a hustler airline — a scrapy dog always clawing for the next dollar while missing the big picture."

The comment struck like a match.

Witnesses say Humad Adam immediately stood, approached the rival's table, and delivered a fiery rebuttal dissecting the competitor's "prehistoric fleet decisions," "snail-paced expansion," and "embarrassing load factors, even on routes a child could profit on."

"It was like watching two CEOs argue with the energy of two teenagers fighting over a parking spot," said one lounge member. "If you told me cameras were filming a pilot for some corporate drama show, I'd have believed you."

Security attempted to intervene, but not before shoves were exchanged and, according to one witness, "a punch so wildly miscalculated it might as well have been aimed at a passing aircraft."

Burbank Police arrived within minutes and arrested Humad Adam on charges of public intoxication, disturbing the peace, and misconduct inside a licensed venue.
Video circulating among lounge members — not yet released publicly — allegedly shows Mr. Adam in handcuffs proclaiming:

"They'll all be sorry! Adam Air will rule the f**king skies! Watch the stock price!"

Adam Air issued a short statement Saturday describing the scuffle as "an unfortunate misunderstanding fueled by provocation and an emotionally charged environment."

The rival CEO left the lounge before officers arrived.
