Wings Group formed and sells 3 Aircraft to the Armed Forces of the Philippines

Today the CEO of Manila Wings informs the global press that the Airline has been reorganised to be ready for future Challanges.
"The current crisis has shown us that we need to be more adaptable"
This means that the all Bases are now their own Airlines flying under the banner of Wings Airlines Group. The Airlines are named:
Manila Wings
Cebu Wings
Davao Air Service
Wings of Angeles
In addition WAG announces the sale of 3 old CASA CN-235-200 planes to the Armed Forces where they will be used for S&R, Transportation and disaster relieve.
Critics say this mive by the Philippine Gouvernment is just the latest scheme to support the domestic airlines directly without any international oversoght.
WAG denied any comments on this manner.
