Interflug prepares for the reunification of Germany

Interflug, the national airline of the German Democratic Republic, is preparing for the country's unification with the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the preperations Interflug will retire its fleet of Tupolev 134 that has been the foundation of our airline for the past 20 years.
Interflug will make its last flight with the Tupolev 134 in September 1990.
We say hello to our new fleet of McDonnell Douglas DC-9.
