Dear customers,

In the last years España Internacional built a fleet of 196 Lockheed Constellation. With the last one, a L1649A Starliner registered as EC-LQR and built with the serial number #4433, now in service we are now planning our next steps for the coming years.

Our Lockheed Constellation Fleet is currently our flagship serving mostly longhaul destinations, however in the next years a few things will change. We currently have 84 Vickers VC10 on Order and they will be our flagship longhaul aircraft from 1964/65 and with more and more arriving more and more Super Connies will scheduled in our european network.

Not only do we already have 84 Vickers VC10 on order, but we are also talking with Vickers to acquire more airframes. With the new aircraft a new era will start at España Internacional, a new cabin product will be added to all our Vickers VC10s and Lockheed Starliners. The Vickers VC10s will even get a bar for our business guests.

With more and more Lockheed Constellations flying on our short and medium-haul network we will also retire our fleet of Martin 4-0-4s until 1967. We are currently negotiating with companies around the globe to sell them. Our Alliance Partner Air Fox from Greece is our biggest partner in our fleet renewal program. The greek airline will take at least 30 Martin 4-0-4 in the coming years via long-term-leasing.
