City Based Demand Explained (a tutorial/guide)

I made the following guide based on some (circular) conversations on Discord.  It's based on my personal experiences and empirical observations, but I also had Sami review for accuracy so this information should be largely accurate as of June 2020.  Since this is a webpage and not a forum post, it is "dynamic" and can be updated at a later time as things change.  I also included Tungstennedge's tutorial at the end for which this guide is a good primer for understanding.  I've had a few players review, but if anything is unclear and needs to be updated for clarity or otherwise, please reply here.  Hopefully this helps a few players think outside the box and make cargo more competitive (and soon, passengers) ;)

Can we pin/stick this topic to the top so it won't disappear please? Very helpful.

From my non airline point of view the pax per airport seem pretty goo
I live near Southampton, EGHI, where the limited runway length does limit the passenger flow somewhat, though I'm disappointed that the local councils can't encourage them to widen the space they need for a second runway and lengthen the runways too.
Ah well, I suppose they know best, and there is the local port to consider too! Cruises to various Euopean ports do attract many customers, but only at two weekly intervals, and that is a very different market to the airport!
