When does the next epic game start - I made a boo boo in the one I was in and went belly up.

sanabas

Why not restart in the newest one? There are dozens of big airports sitting there practically empty.

too far along to get in on the ground floor

sanabas

What is 'getting in on the ground floor' going to let you do that you can't do now?

Mort

To answer your question, the next epic game world is provisionally planned to start in November I believe.

As sanabas, suggests, a restart would be best and save you a long wait!  8)

The next long game world is still very far away since all three are running in their start or midpoints now.

All of these have a LOT of opportunities for new airlines and a late starter gets nice benefits compared to starting on day 1, so you're proportionally much better off in coming in mid-game.

wow - that is a ways off - I cant rejoin the game i was in as i had to many restarts or I would. Had a nice logo made and everything :). Maybe the game creator/hosts can get these better spread out to one or two per quarter if it could be justified from a business perspective.

You've got turns sorted out, which is good to see. But why have you capped pax numbers on your route to San Antonio? It doesn't cost extra to have seats you don't sell, and by providing 25 instead of 40, you'll miss out on a few people once RI has grown.

I'm not saying this is his strategy, and I am not in any game right now so I can't see the pax/cargo demand on the route you are talking about, but:

In the last couple of games I have played, in early days I will sometimes block seats on specific routes for a few months if my cargo hold is full to be able to carry more cargo. Empty seats still have hold space reserved for bags. Blocking seats frees up that reserved baggage space for cargo if the demand is there. In early days, there's few enough routes that micromanaging that is not difficult.
