new advisor messages

In a recent thread it was suggested that the Advisor be expanded to give warnings when poor dodgy fleet commonality choices are about to be made, which is a great idea.

Can I start this thread so we can collect other ideas when the Advisor would pop up, primarily aimed at people new to the game. Ideally the Advisor message box would have an URL to a manual page or a wiki forum entry. All this messages should perhaps be disabled for airlines with more than 100 aircraft, as the assumption then is the player is more experienced.

1) Taking out long (> year leases on used/new aircraft when an airline is in the early days.   
2) Leasing new aircraft when airline is very new and has little money
3) Scheduling pax planes to depart 0000-0450.
4) Fleet commonality - starting 2nd fleet when < 20 aircraft
5) Fleet commonality - starting 3rd fleet when < 100 aircraft)

please add other areas an expanded Advisor could help..

This has got me at EGPF in DMT, and an alliance mate.

When opening a new base I'd like AWS to check my current fleet, used fleet on order and new orders, and if any of these planes will have runway length/width restrictions to have the advisor alert me to the short runway at my new base. I can then choose to continue, or cancel.

Going to be impossible since restrictions are based on the route, not the airport.  If an aircraft requires 3000m runway to reach full range, you can fly most routes out of a 2500m runway with no restrictions.  I'm flying 777 out of bases with 2300m runways without restrictions, for example, when the requirement at full load/range is 2900m.  So I shouldn't say this is impossible, but it is going to generate a lot of false positives.  Also for that 2300m runway, I might be payload limited outbound, but not on the return flight because landing with an empty fuel tank requires less runway.
