Please fix an option to purchase leased planes

Please could we make a special request to fix something which is very frustrating to all parties involved with regards aircraft brokering.  If we lease aircraft from a robot broker company, we have an option available to make a decision to purchase that aircraft (after 5 years old if it was a brand new aircraft) without the painful drama of having to off-lease the plane and send it back. But in the case of real brokers - the lessor has to take the pain of pulling the plane out of use and sending it back, the seller then has to fiddle about and re-list it private sale back to them and all that wasted time and effort just to get the exact same machine back in the exact same format minimum 2 weeks later if buyer and seller are both on the ball, but in reality it can mean 3 or 4 or more weeks of having this painful gap in your route supply.  It also leaves open the chance for a mistake when the owner forgets to select a private sale to his chosen ex lease company, then the plane gets snapped up by someone else who innocently saw the bargain and the ex-lessor loses his beloved plane altogether. 

As the leasing company its a complete balls-ache and as the owner / seller its a complete balls-ache so please could we ask for a facility in the drop list where the owner can choose to permit the leasing company to purchase the plane without all this senseless fuss.
