[Cargo]Feature Request: Ability to edit cargo type distribution independently

Currently, in each route, players can only adjust and apply the same ratio inboth directions. But as the demand on both side is not going to be balanced, it might be of players' interest to apply different ratio for outgoing vs incoming leg. Could this be programmed into the system?

In the beta, I was pushing a proposal to make the ratio dynamic and controlled automatically in the best interests of the player, as I believe the ratio setting to be be a huge waste of time for the limited benefit that cargo provided.
