Time Between Flights

Forgive the newbie (me)

But what am I doing wrong? I spaced our my flights so I don't have more than 2 in every hour and I still get 30% ish load factor. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong that I'm not getting at least 50%?

There's 2400 demand and I supply about 2300 out of the 3000.

For one you have a complete night flight (00.00-01.45) so no matter what the demand is the LF of that flight will always be low.
Some of your flights arrive after midnight affecting your LF.
Also you and your opponent have either a 5min difference or fly at exactly the same time which can knock your LF down.
Maybe the Route CI is still very low as the route itself is new.
What about your overall CI because that affects whether demand wants to fly with you.

In addition to what Yoda said you also fly two different fleet types. they might depart one hours apart but due to the difference in flying speed they will arrive and depart at a different time from the second airport, it will be interesting to see the route information from the second airpor as well

That flight is too short for speed being a big factor but I agree with your point Hassel. I think it's more to do with the TA time on the ground. B767 spend almost double the time on the ground vs A320. Had a look at your return flight and it's even more interesting:
3 'complete' night night flights
Some flights are very close or depart at exactly the same time as your opponent
You have 2 flights that depart at the same time.
Remember that 1hr separation applies for both legs, not just one.

I didn't think it mattered at all that you and your competitor has similar departure and arrival times? From what I understand, as long as there's 1 hour or more between your own departures/arrivals, it's fine. If you and your competitor's flights overlap, it doesn't matter. Can someone confirm?

Yes, totally concur. It makes no difference whatsoever.
