Hi, i wondering if it is possible to increase or decrease to wages globally?

If I am understanding your question right, if you can manipulate your staff wages globally? As far as I understand..my shifting the slider, you increase or decrease your staff wages..they are set to 100% by default and will increase or decrease as modelled. Anything less than 100% may cause strikes, etc..you can slide your own wage to 0 without any negative effect.

Ok... But are there any reasons to increase the wages to above 100%?

There is no reason to go above 100%. The only time I have gone over is if I lay off large numbers of staff when I've replaced a fleet type (say DC-10 with 767 etc) and want to lift morale up of the remaining staff faster. However, the downside could be that if you then lower it later back to 100%, morale may drop again (depending how far you lower it). If I ever do it, just leave the salaries alone until inflation catches up with them.

Generally, there's no reason to touch any salary though, except the CEO one, make that $0. Unless you are making bucket loads and want to show it off

Some people might suggest knocking a few % off all salaries to save some money.  At the start, when money is tight, it may help, but if you are that close to the edge that it makes a difference, imagine what a jump in fuel prices will do to you.

Ok. Thanks for your answer... Could you answer some more...

Is there a larger risk that some of my planes "crasches" or something if i fly with limited seats (caused by the payloadlimit)?

And how can i fix cancelations caused by "lack of staff" ???

Crashing, as far as I know, is not programmed into the game.

As for cancellations due to 'lac of staff', unless you are not employing 100%, is simply down to chance of people being off work due to illness, etc which has been programmed into the game.
