LUV does point-to-point which is impossible to do in this game (I'm guessing for game balance reasons, right?)

We're stuck with hub-and-spoke... but hub-and-spoke kind of depends on connecting passengers, which I take it aren't modeled yet.

Horizon Air makes a marginal profit at best. HOWEVER, Horizon is a feeder for Alaska Air and therefore feeds connecting passengers. In turn it increases profit for its mother airline.

In the real word, small planes(<50seats) rarely make a profit. However, they are there to feed connecting passengers to the mainline fleet.

Since connecting passengers is NOT modeled in Airway Sim, do not fly an aircraft that is less than 50 passengers.
