Alliance Question

Hi there - I'm happily trundling along with my fledgeling airline, but I was curious if there's any in-game benefit to joining an alliance when it comes to routes or LF?

I could see how being hooked up with an airline that offers routes serving markets that I'm not might drive a higher LF to a connecting route (and thus increasing overall route profitability), but does it actually work that way?

Thanks in advanced, and sorry for the question if it's been answered somewhere already - just link me to the answer!

Since connections are not yet modeled, alliances do not work this way.  Yet.

Alliances are modeled to give you a small LF boost, though.  The main benefit of joining an alliance is the expertise and advice of senior players that you can receive over the private alliance forum.  This is very useful, especially in medium and hard level games.  The collaboration can help you a lot.

Personally, I would go for it, as 1% of revenue isn't a huge, but the benefits can be.  :)
