Cutting Overheads

hey, i was just wondering about overheads in the game, basically i am running 4 x 737-200 adv jets on short haul routes, i got these specifically as even tho they burn slightly more fuel, i worked out the massive drop in lease price from a 300 series makes up for it.

I have put the staff costs down, but some are below green morale, will this make a huge difference? and should i definitly have staff at 100% or can you sway it a bit.

Im making profit, but its very small, and i have one plane per route (so i dont have many marketing costs) flying all day back and fourth, i was thinking would two planes to a busy one of these be better?

Basically in short, apart from marketing, fleet commonality and staff, what else is there to cut off my overheads, because i cant think of anything.

Try putting in some C class seats too as Economy pax don't pay that well.. And make sure you maximize the fleet usage.
