In 1.2, how will Country break ups be simulated on Hubs

I would fully agree with Dookz's post

I just used airport sizes to illustrate simply how costs could be increased depending on airport size, but as pointed out the percentage bars would be a much better representation than the more general classifications used.

EDIT:  In terms of the costs involved, the pax percentage could maybe correspond directly to the costing.  An airport like Gatwick with 87% pax, could have a multiplier of 1.87 against the standard fixed cost of setting up a hub or maybe it could be squared (or even greater after doing some basic sums) to increase the costs at a steeper gradient.
