AirwaySim has always two concurrent Beginner's World scenarios running (BW#1 and BW#2). They both use the same settings and same time frame.

Our beginner game series is aimed for all newbies and other players wishing to test different playing styles in an easier environment. Duration of one scenario is always approximately 60 real days. The scenario runs for ~10 game years with a speed of 25 minutes per day, and all of AirwaySim's main features are included in these scenarios.

When a BW scenario ends, a new one will start within a few days. The two scenarios are running in parallel so that there is always one BW scenario start every month.

We've updated the aircraft with revised specifications, including new ULR variants, performance update (fuel figures), additional weight options, more accurate range and cargo data, updated passenger capacities, and more accurate engine information.

These updates are applied to all future game worlds, and also currently running History and the Future and The Age of Flight games.

Office's bankruptcy page has been replaced with the new Bankruptcy & Restructuring page.

This a fully new page, with a modern and mobile-friendly layout, and a better navigation between features.

The page's new Financial Health tab provides a quick overview of your airline’s finances and clearly displays any active bankruptcy warnings. The closure options now explain their consequences more clearly, and the final confirmation requires the exact airline name to reduce accidental closures.

If you have reached the limit of five airline restarts in a game world, you can now reset the limit by paying the normal game joining fee, usually 5 Credits, directly from the Bankruptcy page without leaving and rejoining the game.

The old Bankruptcy page will remain available temporarily as a backup.

The completely new Airline Restructuring features will be added to the new page in later updates - stay tuned.

This update introduces the new Bug Reports tool, modernises the game world Admin area, and adds seating configuration selection to aircraft conversions. It also includes several improvements and small fixes in various areas.

Our new integrated Bug Report system is now available and replaces the previous third-party issue tracker.

The old tracker system had a number of drawbacks, like requiring a separate login, and made troubleshooting and discussions more cumbersome than they needed to be. The new system is fully integrated into AirwaySim, making it easier for you to report issues, attach screenshots, follow discussions, and receive notifications when your report is updated.

Behind the scenes, it also integrates with our new AI-assisted development workflow. Our AI coding agent can investigate reports, prepare proposed fixes, and draft report comments and status updates. These AI-assisted changes are, of course, all manually reviewed and explicitly approved by the developer before anything reaches the live game, but these additions should greatly improve our pace of development.
