Inventory Control for a massive warehouse with two rail spurs in addition to being designed for flat beds to drive right in on the former site of the Sparrow's Point, Maryland (Baltimore Harbor) shipyards that were prominent in WW2. And yes, the loss of that bridge which was the beautiful highlight of my daily commute (since our entire civilization is based on car ownership) has messed everything up.

Very early in the morning I can get there in about 40 minutes when it used to be possible in 32 but if I work a later shift it's over an hour and getting home is about the same. Meanwhile ours and all the other trucks coming out of that highly industrial peninsula now have to barrel through downtown Dundalk and brave the Baltimore traffic as our quiet bypass will be gone for years to come.

I still greatly enjoy as a logistics nerd when rail cars arrive, when a ship docks at the neighboring terminal (the only one never effected by the collapse), and how we are directly below a main approach to BWI. Every time it gets loud and looks big it's an Amazon 767... I love FlightRadar24 and MarineTraffic. I miss watching the ships pass underneath as I'm now stuck in the tunnels.
