My two cents...

Hi Sami,

I've been trying to do my part in reporting things that don't work and suggesting ideas to bring the new UI to a higher level. As said in the forum: I do like having a new site that looks a lot more modern.

But it is far from perfect. Therefore I come with suggestions and ideas to make a better workflow from a practical game experience. I have been playing this game for a good 13 years now, so I feel like I have some idea of what does work and what doesn't.

In the old "post to the forum" style of giving feedback, issues were there for a longer time, giving people a chance to agree, disagree or leave comments explaining how and why they want to see changes. It's great that you are working so very hard to fix things and close up open items on the feedback tracker, but you are missing out on a lot of community feedback because there is no time for community engagements. Hence I made a request.

Me and I think all AWS'ers really enjoy this game and appreciate the effort you are putting in.
Despite the fact that some people might get a bit grumpy, I'm fairly sure people are able grasp that this update was needed for backend reasons. Ofcourse that needed to be done!

However, the game got to the very high quality because of a combination of your excellent programming skills AND community engagement.
The request I made a couple of days ago regarding the gameworld name directing to the statistics was actually such an example...

I'm not saying you should give in to extreme demands that oppose your vision of the game (i.e. roll back), that's ridiculous! It's your game and you have a grand plan of what direction it is going. But within the bounds of these plans it would certainly be good to have an active and engaged community.

In that regard I am encourage all of my fellow AWS players to create an account at https://feedback.airwaysim.com/ and make sure Sami gets the feedback needed to work out bugs/glitches/error AND come up with ideas to bring this game to the next level. If only to press like buttons on ideas you support or bug reports you also experience..

And of course to Sami for taking the time to engage with the community that makes this game.

I'd just like more functionality and less "back-end" and "front-end" fiddling but with no additions to the gameplay. PAX cbd and Quality of Life (QoL) additions for large airlines top my list. Running a large airline is tedious, with the same click drag drop for 3000 aircraft as for an airline with 10 aircraft. Some fairly simple changes could reduce the tediousness. In fact I'll list them when feature requests can be made..
