Is a double conversion possible? e.g. DC8-31 > DC8-33 > DC8-53?

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. My converted DC-8-72 were convertible to 72F.

I don't think you can go from DC81 or DC82 to anything useful, like DC-8-43 or DC-8-53.  Only to the freighter, that is too big for this era.
