It's like Kontio said. The real world airlines are trademarked and, if you profit by using them without permission, you'd get a hefty lawsuit.

There is a Freedom Airways in Game 1 i dont know if it could come into contact with recently absorbed airline Freedom Air which was a subsidy of Air New Zealand

There is/was also a Freedom Airlines in the US, operating under Mesa and contracted to Delta Connection flying mostly ERJ-145's. I fueled them daily until Allegiant came to TRI flying MD-83's on the exact same route and forced them out with lower prices.
