As far as i remembered, Scandinavian Airlines was the first airline to take the short cut over the north pole on their way to America and Tokyo, which resulted in shaving off a lot of flight time and kilometres.

Well, sorry then... I didn't mean to be harsh. I just don't really like to be corrected on my English (neither on my Dutch) because people who do that (especially in real life) just sound like annoying perfectionists. :P

True that , my sister is pretty annoying when it comes to that.

Good Luck Ilyushin. BTW It's not an exam project is it?

Edit: This might sound gay or stupid, but unlike other danish students i don't dope myself with a lot of calming drugs, i listen to this right up to my presentations and exams :) Works pretty well for me :)

Once i forgot my earphones so i couldn't listen to it, and then my presentation totally went wrong :(

Grr >:(...!!

 :P

I'll do the presentation without use of paper again.. :) makes me proud of myself lol
And hopefully that will do a good thing to my mark :P

I just did the presentation in front of the mirror twice and it took like 15 minutes each... we're supposed to talk 10 mins max.. so I scrapped some stuff from my powerpoint. >:(

Nah. Russian planes is kinda charming.

But i must say, we are totally different. When i have made my powerpoint i usually just check that everything is, as it should be, once. After that when i make presentation, i use the powerpoint as a list of hints for myself what i am going to talk about. I usually go over the time, so people who has to make a presentation after me usually gets angry at me.  :'(

I usually get confused when i read my stuff and practice my presantation over and over again and get bad marks.   :-[

As my idol the german bikerider Jens Voigt says; "geniouses controls chaos, only dumb people needs everything organized"

Yes I use my powerpoint as a 'back up' too. But many students who I have seen presenting now already use a paper as support with basically everything they'll have to say on it, and some almost read all of their presentation from a paper. And I'll do it without one, using only my powerpoint :)

I'll definitely go over time too...

And that quote sounds pretty logical ;D

That subject sounds familiar to me

For my 'flight controls' project, we had to do a presentation in which we had to talk 8 minutes max. each (we were a group of 7 guys). When I'd prepared, my part took about 6 minutes. At the real presentation I was talking for 15 minutes and still not finished, so the teacher interrupted by saying he wanted to be home for dinner :-[ Luckily, I got a good mark for the presentation ;D

My old teacher could kill students who did that, just using her eyes. (She's so effin' evil!)

If you save the powerpoint presentation on a USB stick or something, you need to save the original video on the same USB stick to allow the movie to be played when you show your presentation ;)
