Personnel CI Hit

Seems a bit harsh to drop so much CI when transitioning to larger aircraft.  Twice now I've let Bae-X00 leases expire and added 737-400's.  At the same time I've dropped pilots for the Bae's, I've added pilots for the 734's.  I mean, wouldn't they be happy?  I'm sure my stellar management staff had set up training so that my Bae pilots were able to transition to the larger planes and get a pay raise to boot.

And I have a half-dozen more Bae's to dump before I'm at a full 734 fleet.

Currently the system can't retrain pilots for another plane type. 
So it just fires the old ones and hires new ones. Thus, the image drop.
But, I'm pretty sure that a better system will be implemented at some point.

Correct.. But no exact plans yet. (it may wait till the complete update of staff systems)
