Alliance News/History in the Alliance page, seen only by members of the alliance, it will show to all members which airline has just joined the alliance, the join date and its recruiter. It will also track the departure of airlines in the alliance and its departure datestamp and reason (bankruptcy/left/kick).

I would rather have a general info window, visible to everybody, where everybody can keep track of alliance decisions.

Why not public as in the real world? New alliance members are normally anyway introduced in the alliance forum.
