WHat happend if i have a plane with no D check done still flying?

Because actually i do have a plane in this case

Every day that you operate a plane outside of inspection there's a small chance that you will get caught by the authorities for operating a plane outside of inspection.  It may take them 1 day to catch it, it may take a year, but eventually they'll get you.

If you do you will receive a pretty good sized fine and, worse, take a very large hit to your Company Image.

Also plane flying with a due check has its conditiond lowered quickly.

I still have fly this plane with no D check done, instead of releasing it from the lease ( had 3 months left ) and didn't get fine yet.

I don't care his condition, since i will no renewal the lease

Well i guess i miss the d-check date when i leased it...

Let's see if the last month i get caught
