Align the method to buy Aircraft directly when you lease them already

This is not just "my idea" Sami, it is a very widely common idea that evidently so many players would desperately like to have please. (and as per recent popular demand on our Discord channel    )

Can we ask you to facilitate two real airlines being able to make an arrangement between them so that one airline who is leasing aircraft  to another airline is able to sell the aircraft without all the un-necessary fuss to:- 
(a) drop all the routes on the plane,
(b) return off-lease to the owner,
(c) owner presses 2 or 3 keys on the keyboard to re-offer it back to the private UM for that airline and then,
(d) wait two more weeks after they see it re-listed (which can be RL days apart waiting for folk to be online). 

All we need in the "Aircraft" pages is a few added options, so that under:  Financial Info / Ownership - if that = "own" that means you get the additional options for this aircraft:
Sell Aircraft -->  1. Listing type / 2. Maximum lease duration / 3. NEW Allow Lessee to buy = NO or YES (where NO is defaulted)
If 3 = Y then "set purchase price ________ " in a new box (this range starts with same as current aircraft "Recommended price" and also has same max and min allowances for this plane).

This way - if the owner isn't certain when at first leasing out his plane, he leaves option 3 on the defaulted NO value, then there is no risk of unwanted sale. If later in communications the Lessee contacts me to ask to buy, I simply go into my aircraft page and set option 3 to YES and set the desired selling price, and hit "Confirm" Then the Lessee sees the offer and - job done for both parties.

This system fixes one more desirable improvement:-  When at first I offer to Lease out this aircraft, maybe I'd prefer it to be only leased, so I can set the Lease selling price at a more enticing price say $20,000,000, however I can also give anyone that desperate for this plane a higher price option to buy it at say $35,000,000 which is maybe nearer the max permissible.

this would be easy to do, coding wise. Allow the aircraft owner to add a "sell" price. If the aircraft has a sell price, ie it's not blank, then he/she has the option to buy the ac. easy logic. Perhaps have a small symbol on "my aircraft" page that indicates to both parties that the sell price is activated. or add a filter to "my aircraft" that filters aircraft available to buy/listed for sale
