History and the Future next game start date

I just saw that Sami plans to start the next Hisory and the Future game world in late June.

Since the existing game will not be over until the middle of July,   does that mean Sami will start the new game before the existing game is over?

I'm thinking that might have been a Typo --> meant to read "late July" ?
