Reset default pricing by base

Would be good to have this feature.  IE I can reset or lower/raise a whole bases  pricing by rather than just by route or whole network.

it's already been asked that price changes by +/- x% be added to the "manage routes" page, then the filters can be used to achieve this functionality.
