We have noticed that our support ticket system and other emails have been unreliable for the last few weeks.

If you have tried to contact us, and have not received the automated ticket activation or other reply from us, please contact us directly at support (at) airwaysim.com

The issue is now fixed, and you might also now receive all the status updates, credits order receipts and other similars what might be in the delivery "backlog", so you may receive suddenly multiple emails from us, but it is just the system catching up of any undelivered news we may have for you - apologies for the delay in delivery.
