Quick change aircraft utilisation

It would be good is we could use quick change pax/cargo aircraft correctly.

Quick change have large cargo doors and many airlines fly full passengers during the day, remove the seats (very quickly) and fly full freight (full size) at night.
You might want to add a 50%-100% TA time penalty while you convert but it would be a good addition to the game especially at marginal airports.
