Is AirwaySim 'protected/secure'

Many of you who love Flight Simulator will know that file giant avsim got hacked and ALL was deleted. I just fear that one day this might happen to the beloved AirwaySim     So a question to all the staff at AirwaySim, is it secure? Can you make sure that nothing will ever happen to it?

Of course nothing is foolproof but as we do process payments on the site we must be committed to maintain the latest software versions, proper security settings and so on.

The only reason AVSIM went down was because the admins there were stupid enough to keep their backups ON THE SAME SERVER as the main site, meaning anyone who got access to the main site also could get rid of the backups. Unfortunate for us, but clear stupidity on their part.

Yea and actually avsim was cleared by their former staff member still having access to the servers so technically it was not even hacked. If I remember correctly what it was ...
