Hey Bradley - amazing designs ! Could you possibly create me a design for Anglo - Polish Air Lines please. I have a Logo I made myself in Paint but no idea how to make such clever aircraft artwork. You can use my Logo as a starter perhaps... my colours are naturally from the Polish flag (red and white) but with the Gold touch wherever appropriate to give it some real zing!

Preferred aircraft: 1). F28 2). 737-400 3). 767-200

Greetings! I'v managed a few passable (loosely used word) liveries in the past through Paint. I really want to do better, so tonight I took a few cracks at trying to improve including downloading gimp and watching some how-to's, and I'm still just spinning my wheels. Anyone know of a tutorial/guide that is geared pretty close towards the specific tools for layering involved in making a cool livery with Gimp or one of the other free to play softwares? Cheers!

Edit* For reference, the this one took about an hour between msPaint and msPaint 3d. Its okish, but I need to up my game! (Also, I really wanted to embrace the former soviet republic still using an old school cheat line in the late 90s xD)

You can try this one. It was made by a guy in Elite that goes by Fanglin that created it to help give some beginner tips to some of us newbies at the time. Then, just practice. I have made over 100 liveries now and I am still getting better over time. You just just have to try crap. I just watched this video again for the first time since it was made and learned something new again. I make my curved lines in a much more difficult way than this shows.

For creation ideas. I will look at other RL and player created liveries for aircraft that I am doing to get inspiration.

Livery making is fun, and more people could do it if they just tried.

Thanks for sharing the link. This looks really helpful. I'm determined to be the more people because even when frustrated using paint its still fun
