What are you supposed to do if you suspect a player is cheating?
The method I have observed is.

- Buys terrible aircraft off the used market for cheap. (6mil)

- New  start up airline buys said aircraft from first airline for significantly more. (34mil)

- The same day that the start up airline bought, they BK

- Repeat for multiple aircraft

Very good find by the way! If you ask me, this public statement is exactly how it should be dealt with. Expose cheaters and at the same time show how you did it so others know how to spot cheaters themselves.

Yes I've sent a PM to admin.

There should be some sort of forum post that details how cheating occurs. The first time I seen it I didn't take notice because it was bought cheaply by the accused and  I just assumed it was a noob buying a TU-154M at a high price. However only a day or two later did I notice that another aircraft had been bought TWICE and questioned it.

In this case the user accounts involved have been banned, without warning, since this involves 3 throwaway accounts besides of the main one. (Violations of the main Terms of Service, such as using more than one account, will lead directly to the denial of usage of our service. The violations of the in-game rules are decided on a less strict scale, but in major violations can also lead to a usage ban.)

This hasn't been solved at all.

The players main airline is still active and to top it all off, the player has set up more airlines(with no active routes) leasing him aircraft from the new market!

The issue was already investigated and resolved like I mentioned. (I can not comment individual details on the public forum more than I already did.)

A ban does not mean the airline is closed; it is a separate automated process.


Oh, and forgot to mention, naturally thanks for the report of the suspicion.

There should be a dedicated Game World that every cheater gets locked into upon being caught. So what you have is a world full of cheaters all to themselves just to see what it is like. I'm sure it will get old for them really fast. Same games actually do this to cheaters as a form of punishment.

The only time I reported one, loooooong ago, the behaviour stopped. As the company was not viable without cheating, it went BK a few months later. It's enough for me - the behaviour stopped. Whatever caused the stop is fine to me.

I am not sure there is one.  Sami can check IP addresses after the fact, to investigate incidents.

if you enter a gw, the first 30 min are for free... get in, buy AC, bankrupt within 30 min, at 0 cost.
