long haul flights that fly everyday?

I am just wondering
How is it possible for some airlines to fly some long haul flights everyday . For example , one airline flying from perth to london has its frequency labelled as every day , and if perth-london and back takes 36 hours , how is it possible for an airline to fly that route everyday?
