Is there a delay in HQ airctaft count?

Hello fellas,

I moved an aircraft from one of my bases back to my HQ in order to free up a slot for a newly-arriving aircraft.  The number of 'aircraft operating outside of HQ" has not changed yet, three games days later.  The moved aircraft is flying routes in HQ already and is included in the HQ aircraft list.  The big thing here is that the 'outside of hub' number hasn't changed, which makes it impossible for me to schedule my newly-arrived aircraft.

Update: it adjusted after the third complete game day
