For the past game year I've been having problems with my company image, wich is decreasing constantly. It was stuck at 50 for a long time, but it sudenly started decreasing and is now touching 30 and going down. I don't know exactly what could be causing this, except for the cancellations. I found out they are always above 2%, but most of it is due to "Airport weather conditions".

I have always set my schedules to 1% delay chance, and I am now reschedulling all my routes wich begin or end too close to airport closing time.
My three airports at Rome Chiampino, Budapest and Warsaw.

Still, this is what I get...

Flight cancellations, last 7 days      2,7%  (january)

Aircraft rotation (delay due short turnaround)   24   ~ 24.49 %
Technical problem with aircraft   14   ~ 14.29 %
Airport weather conditions   60   ~ 61.22 %

Airport weather always put my cancelations above 2%...

2.7% cancellation rate is higher than usual, and it must have been a bad winter in Europe then..

Just increase your marketing to avoid the CI slipping down.

Check aircraft condition and do extra mx on any that are under 80%, that will reduce technical problem with aircraft delays. For the turn time, are you padding both the turn at HQ and at the outstation?

When operating from Scotland, I usually have 1.5% for half of the year, and above 2.5% the other half. Not a scandal, I'd say...(even if I didnt have rain the 2 weeks I worked in Edinburgh).

France regularly has 2% cancellation rate due to weather conditions from October to March.
The 2% total limit suggested on the delays page just isn't achievable during this period.

I have a problem too with turnaround delays and cancellations.
I used the recommended time between flights........the one you see when your route planning and you keep adding time between flights till it tells you when the risk of turnaround delay is at 1% or less.
I did this on all my flights.

But I'm still getting lots of route delays and cancellations due to short turnaround times.
I even added an extra 10% staff for my baggage handlers.

And this is still a problem.
Am I missing something........how much extra time should you allow past the point it tells you the chance is at 1% ?

No 1 % is fine. Make sure your also doing the same turnaround at your base. For example, if 1% is 60 mins, make sure each flight at your base is also 60 mins in-between each flight.
