So, touch wood, my venture in Portugal in Game World 1 is going well so far. However i'm middle of the road on almost all statistics, my load factors are reasonable but not great and i am making profit. however, not by the bucket load.

i've avoided buying new planes direct and have stuck to 2 types of aircraft. what is the ingredient i am missing?

Ask one of the 'big boys' to be a mentor.

- I played for 2-3 years, started of well but always ended up b/k
- got mentors (Curse & Sanabas) to help me with the fine tuning
- made slight adjustments to my game and now all good

- my last big airline in GW#4,  I closed it even though I was doing very well due to real life time constraints
- I still play around in Beginners worlds etc now and then to test out approaches and then close them
- but it is a much better feeling electing to close an airline than having it closed for you :-)
