How to raise credit rating from CCC?

This is the second beginners world I have played in, but I cannot manage to get my credit rating below CCC. How do you do this? It seems incredibly hard.

just like real life credit rating builds over time. no matter how good you are financially you still need time to show you are not risky. typically it takes 2 game year before it will move.

3 years later and I cannot get it above CCC.

I played in the previous BW, and by the time the game was about to end... like 6 game months left, i moved to BBB... So i guess the feature is applicable for longer game worlds. Coz even on CCC bank is willing to issue me loan against security...
