First, please do no yell...   All caps writing is indication of yelling all the time.

Second. As current concept, selling this as stand alone game is impossible. It is based on programming language what currently cannot be compiled as stand alone executable. Also as game structure is also based to database queries it also makes it really hard to compile it as standalone executable.

If there is somebody who can do this all, and also create really intelligent AI, why not. I believe that current development team (Sami) cannot do it.
