do price changes have some delayed effects or only immediate? ... e.g. if I go up 10% with the price... is it then possible to see lower pax for ... let's say 1-2 weeks and later proabably more again? ... or if I go down, can it be, that I don't get more pax, but within the next 4 weeks they start using my flights more?

Not necessarily.  If you go to destination view you can see all those 7-day routes lumped together into one statistic.
