Weired behavior of small aircraft warning

Hi everyone,
I'm actually fliyng a route of 2932 NM between LPPT and KEWR with a B752  for which is shown the aircraft too small  warning msg.
The strange thing is that on another longer route (LPPT/KPHL 2996NM) with the same plane, the same warning is not shown.
Any idea why? am I missing something?

The warning is also dependant on route demand so I guess it is because the Newark demand is higher than that to Philadelphia.
