any tips on how to keep your company image going up or stable, mines going down all the time. i still advertise and the only thing i can think of is fleet age is having an effect on it.

fleet age is one thing, and what i found is delays and cancellations, keep them below 10 percent by good maintenance and generous turnarounds. then marketing like Sami said
