How do I get my airline to make profits?

Your aircraft a very old. You could of easily got newer ones. They must be costing you a bomb in maintenance.

Your flying to Hong Kong, which is a ridiculously overcrowded route. 3000 demand and 5000 seats available.  What load factor are you getting on all those flights?

Your also flying to Tokyo which again is overcrowed route.

You need to start again at a new base with less competition. With the fuel prices as they are your costs are to high for such little revenue.
