How to improve aircraft condition?

I have an arcraft that still has a value of nearly 3million (I bought it at about 3) and its condition has dropped to 36% within one real day. How can I improve this? Please Help!

The only way to improve condition immediately is maintenance. 

Once it's in a good condition the weekly A checks and monthly B-checks will keep it that way, but you'll have to go to maintenance actions and decide what condition you want from there.

For your situation, you should do a D check.

That said, you should declare bankruptcy right now because no airline which starts by buying a plane is ever going to get anywhere near profitability

Well.. you probably bought a plane that was already on its way to its grave.

Try buying planes at conditions above 75% <-- at least, the more the better though 

Also if you're trying a lot of flights per day (like 5+ of those 1hr hops), try giving it a boost through A checks and B checks every now and then.
