Another slot issue

I am flying from Jakarta to Milano using L-1011 with a tech stop in Pakistan. I found out that the runway length of the tech-stop airport is restricting my payload. I changed my route to use another airport as tech-stop but the distance, flight time, everything remain the same.

To avoid paying twice for the slots, I closed down the original route without releasing the slots.

Now, I'm suppose to have 1234567 LIMC slots at 2245 hour. But, when I wanted to create the new route, I can't make it because I lost 2 of the slots. I checked back the airport info and found that my Monday slot is shifted to 2135 hour and Thursday slot to 2300 hour. How can it be in this way??? It is not logic at all and very unfair to me.

I'm okay with it if the slots shifted a little but remain within the same hour. But these slots are shifted out of the 1 hour range and it is ridiculous.

If you have had a route that is flown 7 days a week and DEPARTS the same time from destination on every day, the slots will be available for exactly that time (the database contains the slot allocation time rounded to 5-minute precision). If you close down the route they will be available inside that hour; but if the airport is slot restricted you may not be allowed to shift them even inside that hour.

However; I see that you only have 2 vacants slots at LIMC. So in other words you have either used them already in other routes or when closing the routes you have released them. (you have currently 9 slots to LIMC, 2 unused, for Mo and Th)

Slots do not disappear by itself. Only in the case that they are not used (= remain inactive for a period of some game months) they are taken away but there is a clear notification on this.

I have 2 unused slots left as shown in the diagram is because I used the other 5 slots at 2245 hours for the new route. I'm not saying that my slots disappear, but complaining about the slots which suppose to be at 2245 hours being shifted too far away from the original time.

Are you sure the departure time for both flight from LIMC was the same? Since (as I posted) the slot is saved for that hour/5-minute time it is actually used, and since they are even under separate hours (actually even 2 hrs apart) I suspect that the deptimes from LIMC have not been both 2245.
