Canceling order - no refund?

Is there any reason why I haven't got any refund when I canceled my aircraft oder in between 2 mins?

I guess no of that Airlines are entering an web interface and order an aircraft by clicking two buttons.

However, I'm not gonna bankruptcy just for that reason.

But as we are talking about reality: I *know* that that you can change the order in reality from lets say an A320 to an A321 ... but here u are not able to :-)

You can change order form A320 to A321 in the game too...

only if the A321 had already been announced when you ordered the A320.

This is to make sure ppl dont order 100 736s and switch them over to 738s/739s after they are announced.
