New game idea - hard

There got that out of the way, couldn't find anything after 15+ min of browsing and a search so I'm going to ask.

OK here's my idea.  Initial loan of $.5 - 1 million and no starting bases at the top 100 airports in the world.  Everyone pretty much forced to start with little planes at little airports and build from the ground up.  No initial purchases of widebodies for international cash cow flights.  Now we'd probably have to crank game time down to 20min or so to keep people interested.

I don't know, what do you guys think?

I like this! Question is - can you be profitable?

I would like game like this:
- 9999 (unlimited) number of players
- No base limits
- Starting in fuel crisis

I was thinking of a scenario where everyone starts off being based at a random airport anywhere in the world (airport that is not too big and not too small).  You won't know where you'll land until after you create your airline

But note, that all airlines would be based on small airports, so I'm not sure if there would be enough demand.

Great idea of a new type of game. It would make things alittle bit more interesting.

I really like this idea.  Talk about leveling the playing field!!!
